Here’s The List Of Trump’s Potential SCOTUS Replacements

Now that swing voter Justice Anthony Kennedy has announced his retirement, the question now lingers as to who will replace him.

Within moments of Justice Kennedy’s epic bombshell, the Trump administration stated they will be seeking his replacement immediately and will be picking from a list of potential nominees. Who are the top contenders? The names provided by the White House last year provides a good indication. From Mediaite:

Amy Coney Barrett of Indiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit

Keith Blackwell of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia

Charles Canady of Florida, Supreme Court of Florida

Steven Colloton of Iowa, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

Allison Eid of Colorado, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit

Britt Grant of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia

Raymond Gruender of Missouri, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

Thomas Hardiman of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit

Brett Kavanaugh of Maryland, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit

Raymond Kethledge of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

Joan Larsen of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

Mike Lee of Utah, United States Senator

Thomas Lee of Utah, Supreme Court of Utah

Edward Mansfield of Iowa, Supreme Court of Iowa

Federico Moreno of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida

Kevin Newsom of Alabama, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit

William Pryor of Alabama, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit

Margaret Ryan of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces

David Stras of Minnesota, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

Diane Sykes of Wisconsin, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit

Amul Thapar of Kentucky, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

Timothy Tymkovich of Colorado, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit

Robert Young of Michigan, Supreme Court of Michigan (Ret.)

Don Willett of Texas, Supreme Court of Texas

Patrick Wyrick of Oklahoma, Supreme Court of Oklahoma

The first name on the list, Amy Coney Barrett, became a household name among conservatives in 2017 when her devout Catholic beliefs were held to severe scrutiny by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who infamously said, “the dogma lives loudly within you” during a confirmation hearing.

With the vacancy of Justice Kennedy, the question on every leftist’s mind will be the fate of Roe v. Wade, which Kennedy upheld in the 1992 case Planned Parenthood v. Casey. Should President Trump nominate a hardcore conservative (which is expected), abortion “rights” could face its first real threat in nearly 50 years.

GREAT LET´S NOMINATE AMY CONEY BARRETT NOW !!! NOMBREMOS A ELLA !!!

    • Ellie says:

Might be a good choice, Xiomara C Corrales, but how does she stand on other issues??

      • MARYANN33 says:

No more women on the court. Women consider there emotiong, men consider the rule of law…3 women now are too many and they are all bad picks.

  • Larry H. Walden says:

Whomever is nominated will undoubtably be a conservative and with that emphasis we should experience a swing to the right in matters of social engineering. The issue of abortion is not a paramount concern nor should it be the issue. The issue is: does the individual have the right to chose his/her personal choice and that may also include the right to end our life or a pregnancy. When do we allow someone else to control our destiny if not by our own choice-the whole purpose of a “Living will” is to believe your final wishes will be honored as you have honored your life and this Country. I do not see the religous zealots and pro-lifers as having a new voice but I do see the police and majority rule being re-established and possibly removal of some mediocure judges being replaced and held to higher standards. Possibly, Ruth will retire next.

    • Ellie says:

Ruthless Ruth has already stated she’ll die in office because of Trump. She’ll never retire, but she’ll fall asleep on the bench. LOL

  • SoCal Lady says:

TRUMP OUGHT TO PUT THE LADY IN THAT FEISENSTEIN DIDN’T WANT IN JUST TO PISS PEOPLE OFF

    • John Smith says:

Hey, stupid person from SoCal. Your comment is exactly what is wrong with this country. Morons and shitheads want to give lifetime jobs to judges and create laws “just to piss people off.” That is a horseshit way to govern, yet it’s all you Tea Bagger shitheads seem to care about. “Let’s piss off the Liberals.” That’s why you are The Dumbest of the Dumb. Go fuck yourself, dumbass.

      • AMY GARRETT says:

PERHAPS BEFORE POSTING, YOU SHOULD ENROLL IN ENGLISH “ENGLISH 101.” EDUCATED PERSONS DO NOT USE VULGARITY TO GET THEIR POINT ACROSS. IE; MAKE THEM ANGRY. INSTEAD OF GO F Y HOW ABOUT ASKING TO WORK TOGETHER WOULD NOT ONLY BENEFIT THE OTHER, BUT ALL CONCERNED. ASKING IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, PLEASE PROTECT THEM FROM VULGARITY OF ANY FASHION. YOU ARE THE ROLE MODEL TO YOUR DAUGHTER IF YOU HAVE ONE ( WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF SOMEONE CALLED HER YOUR NASTY NAME FOR A WOMAN.), SHE WILL LEARN FROM YOU HOW SHE IS TO BE TREATED. YOU FAILED. IF YOU HAVE A SON, HE WILL TREAT WOMEN AS YOU EXPRESSED IN YOUR COMMENT. WAKE UP. RESEARCH/EDUCATED.

        • Ellie says:

You had a better reply than the one I had in mind! My mother would have washed his mouth out with good, old fashioned, homemade lye soap. John Smith (?) has a very good point there, but I guess he just doesn’t know how to express it in everyday English. (sigh)

        • Linda W Fisher says:

The entire Liberal party and its allies use foul language and that doesn’t seem to upset anybody, but when a person on the right uses foul language, as usual, the left notices and shouts all kinds of protests. You all need to just shut up because all that you do is make our country worse. You all started this with your plot to protect Hillary Clinton and Obama and the FBI, the Justice department and all of the rest of the higher ups who were involved in these horrendous crimes against our constitution, our justice system, our FBI and a candidate for our presidency. Who do you think you are protecting a liar and a person who has made millions off of countries that abuse women? Why don’t you ever mention the things that the left has been involved to destroy our country and our constitution. Do you want a Socialist regime to run our country?

      • gina marie says:

wow just wow. no honey, it’s your comment that is so wrong. now bee a good little girl and grab your blankie and pacifier and find your safe space. you need it. that is all.

      • Old Pa says:

John Smith, you have shown us your weak mine with your profanity! Go study the language and learn to express your thoughts without profanity.

      • Lois B says:

The liberals will be pissed off no matter who becomes the next Supreme Court Justice. We may be the dumbest of the dumb, but obviously we are still way smarter than you are. So sorry you’re upset…. But we won the election in 2016 and it is about time you got over it.

      • Patricia Joppien says:

Supreme Court Justices are for LIFE – numbnuts – and this is a “RIGHT WING FOLKS” website – I suggest you take your liberal ass to a website of your liking – but you like to be here that’s why you are so freaking DUMB……and Supreme Court Justices are supposed to interpret the CONSTITUTION in their decisions – the only ones that don’t are the liberals nominated by Barack Obama…….

    • Patricia Joppien says:

yes – but they will do the same to her again….

  • My preference would be the potential candidates from the solid Red State Texas and from the Armed Forces. Loyalty rocks. And now, expected announcement from Ginsberg soon?

  • Jenean says:

My nod goes to Mike Lee…because he’s never been a judge and has no decision record these rabid anti-Trump Dems can make political hay about. Being a neutral party, he can be confirmed as a court-room “outsider” who can drain the legal swamp.

  • Albert Guzicki says:

No more women onthe court! The 3 we have now always side with the one that is decaying before our eye. We need someone who believes in our Constitution and makes decisions by applying the Constitution as it was meant, not how their heart feels at any given moment.

  • Faye Reynolds says:

Hey John Smith! Get a life. go bark up a tree that cares what you think!!! And when you can speak English, then maybe someone might listen!!!!

  • Patricia Joppien says:

Charles Canady of Florida, Supreme Court of Florida – he is a wonderful conservative –
